About the Ford F-150
The Ford F-150 is the very definition of the American pickup truck. For decades, the F-series has been the best-selling vehicle in the US and it sets the bar for the rest of the full-size pickup market. The F-150 manages to maintain this position by constantly evolving and being the truck that always brings new and highly useful features to the segment. Turbocharging, aluminum bodies, and hybrid and fully electric drivetrains that are still capable of impressive towing, all of those were introduced first on the F-150. With an extensive list of factory options and configurations, itās easy to get an F-150 just the way you want it, whether thatās a work truck, a highway trailer hauler, or an off-road machine. Advanced driver aids and the latest in Ford infotainment software make the F-150 an enjoyable place to be, whatever you use it for, not to mention a tool to make whatever job youāre on easier.
What the Critics Say
āThe Ford F-150 is Americaās best-selling vehicle for good reasons. It does just about everything you could want a full-size truck to do with class-leading towing and hauling capabilities, impressive off-road chops when properly equipped, and an interior thatās both practical and upscale. With a wide range of trims, engines, and configurations available, thereās an F-150 for anyone in the market for a big pickup.ā ā Kelley Blue Book
“The Ford F-150 is a full-size pickup truck that can be configured in a multitude of ways, from a basic work truck to a luxurious toy hauler to an extreme off-road machine. The F-150 is a supremely versatile pickup, which is why it's our favorite light-duty truck available today.” — Edmunds

Ford F-150 Features
Powerful Performance
The extensive list of Ford F-150 configuration options offers real choice in a way that competitors donāt. More than just offering a few different largely similar options with different outputs, Ford lets you choose from a variety of engine types including powerful EcoBoost engines, a class-exclusive hybrid, an EV (covered separately), and the performance-minded Coyote V8. Raptor varieties can reach 720 factory horsepower but even the standard F-150 is available with up to 430 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque, quite an impressive amount. The F-150 has a maximum towing capacity of 13,500 pounds when properly equipped, another best-in-class rating for a truck thatās used to leading the pack. There is no configuration of the F-150 that isnāt extremely capable and those wanting even more power, towing capacity, or off-road ability have an easy time upgrading.
Functional Comfort
Comfort is one of the qualities of the Ford F-150 which makes it such a functional pickup. Nobody wants to spend hours or even days on the highway towing a trailer in an uncomfortable truck. Thatās why Ford added available features like Max Recline seats which let you recline the front seats to be almost entirely flat, converting into a bed for those days when circumstances force you to sleep in your truck. The available Interior Work Surface lets you transform the interior into an office, complete with a gear selector that folds flat for extra space. Creature comforts include options like a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, heated and ventilated leather seats, and ambient lighting. There is even an available B&OĀ® Unleashed Sound System by Bang & Olufsen that boasts 18 speakers including a subwoofer.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Technology has always given the Ford F-150 an edge and thatās equally true for things like the infotainment system as it is for the advanced drivetrain options. Equipped with a high-definition 12-inch touchscreen display, the F-150 comes with Fordās latest software, SYNCĀ® 4. This includes standard features like wireless Apple CarPlayā¢ and Android Autoā¢ as well as SYNC AppLinkĀ® which gives you the option to use apps like Waze and Ford+Alexa natively without having to exit SYNCĀ®. You can also access Co-Pilot360ā¢ 2.0 which gives you real-time on-demand map and road hazard information, letting you circumvent long delays or dangerous conditions. Semi-autonomous driving tech on the F-150 includes the available BlueCruise technology, a hands-free version of cruise control that lets you kick back and relax on more than 100,000 miles of compatible highways in the US and Canada.
